We are all aware that the person with the money makes the tules.  That being said, dont be bashful when it comes to offering on new construction.  Builders nowadays are giving incentives galore, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t twist their arms just a little more.   If you try hard enough, you may just be able to get blood from a rock, so make these builders work for your business.

I can’t help it, I just cant say enough about Cedar Park!  If you haven’t thought about making this growing yet still quaint little city your own you may wanna think twice.  If you need a little convincing, here a a couple reasons that might make you take it into consideration.

Coming soon to the Cedar Park/Leander area is the X Park.  Like most of you out there, I was wondering exactly is an X Park myself, so let me elaborate.  If you’ve ever watched BMX biking or skate boarding on the next level, this is where its home can be found Xtreme Park.  The 66 million dollar sports complex will consist of a 200,000sq.ft. skatepark, a 2500 seat amphitheater, plus shops and more.

But wait, the fun doesn’t stop there.  Looking to ope September 2009 is a 6600 seat entertainment center, expandable to 9000 seats.   This center will host 24 luxury suites, banquet space and a hung scoreboard.   Looks like this will make quite the home for Austins soon to be hockey team…

Just in case you didnt know, the number for the Williamson County Elections Office is 512-943-1630, yes that means you Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown and surrounding cities. The move from one state to another often gets frustrating, but dont forget to update your registration. So if youre new to the area or have never registered, cal l them for instructions on how to register. I don’t care who you vote for, unless you some how can put my name on the ballot, just please let your voice be heard and make sure your vote counts.
